이 약관은 구름게임즈(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 「와르르 배송」(이하 "게임")과 게임 안에서 파는 유료 상품을 이용할 때의 조건을 정합니다. 게임을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 게임은 App Store·Google Play 버전과 토스 앱 안에서 하는 버전(이하 "토스 버전")으로 제공됩니다.
운영자는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 게임 안 공지와 이 페이지로 알립니다.
게임은 회원 가입 없이 이용하며, 게임 기록(레벨, 게임 머니, 업그레이드, 출석 기록 등)은 이용하는 기기에 저장됩니다. 기기를 바꾸면 기록이 옮겨지지 않고, 앱을 지우면 기록을 되살릴 수 없습니다. 다만 광고 제거(제4조)는 같은 App Store 계정에서 설정 > 구매 복원으로 다시 받을 수 있습니다.
미성년자가 법정대리인(부모 등)의 동의 없이 유료 상품을 산 경우, 미성년자 본인이나 법정대리인이 그 계약을 취소할 수 있습니다. 다만 법정대리인이 쓰도록 허락한 범위의 돈으로 산 경우나, 미성년자가 속임수로 성년이라고 믿게 하거나 동의가 있다고 믿게 한 경우에는 취소할 수 없습니다. 게임은 만 19세 미만으로 답한 이용자에게 결제 전에 보호자의 동의를 확인합니다. 취소는 제5조의 환불 절차나 문의 메일로 신청합니다. 휴대폰 설정에서 결제 전 인증(비밀번호·생체 인증)을 켜 두시기를 권합니다.
게임에는 광고가 나옵니다. App Store·Google Play 버전의 광고는 Google AdMob이, 토스 버전의 광고는 토스(주식회사 비바리퍼블리카)가 제공합니다. 판과 판 사이의 전면 광고는 나오기 전에 화면으로 먼저 알립니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 원할 때만 보고, 광고를 불러오지 못하거나 중간에 닫혀도 안내한 보상을 줍니다. 광고 속 상품과 서비스는 광고주의 책임입니다.
이런 일이 확인되면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 게임 내용을 고치거나, 부득이한 경우 서비스를 끝낼 수 있습니다. 서비스를 끝낼 때는 최소 30일 전에 게임 안 공지와 이 페이지로 알리고, 유료 상품 판매를 먼저 멈춥니다. 관련 법령과 「콘텐츠이용자보호지침」에 따라 보상이 필요한 경우 그 방법을 종료 공지에 적습니다.
천재지변, 통신 장애, 앱 마켓·토스·광고 회사 등 외부 서비스의 장애처럼 운영자가 막을 수 없는 일로 생긴 손해에는 책임지지 않습니다. 운영자의 고의나 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 예외입니다. 기기 문제로 사라진 게임 기록은 되살려 주지 못할 수 있습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 hello@goormgames.com으로 연락해 주세요. 한국소비자원이나 콘텐츠분쟁조정위원회에 조정을 신청할 수도 있습니다. 소송이 필요하면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다툽니다.

These terms apply to the mobile game Wobbly Delivery (와르르 배송, the "Game") run by GOORMGames ("we") and to the paid item sold in it. By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. We announce changes in the Game and on this page seven days before they take effect (30 days for changes against your interest).
The Game needs no account. Your progress (level, in-game money, upgrades, daily rewards) is stored on your device; it does not move to a new device and cannot be restored after you uninstall. Remove Ads (section 3) comes back with Settings > Restore Purchases on the same App Store account.
The Game is free to download. Its only paid item is Remove Ads, sold on the App Store only, at the price the App Store shows for your country (VAT included). It stops the full-screen ads between rounds until the service ends; rewarded ads, which you choose to watch for a bonus, stay available. The price, contents and refund conditions are shown before you buy, and payment is made only through App Store in-app purchase. In-game money and upgrades cannot be bought or exchanged for cash, and nothing random is sold.
Refunds follow the App Store's policy (reportaproblem.apple.com) and the consumer law that applies to you. Under Korean law you may withdraw within 7 days of purchase, but Remove Ads applies at once, so withdrawal may be limited after payment; the purchase window says so before you buy. A refunded purchase may switch ads back on. If Remove Ads did not apply, restart the Game or tap Settings > Restore Purchases; if it still does not apply, contact hello@goormgames.com. A minor who bought without a parent's or guardian's consent may cancel the purchase as the law provides; the Game asks players under 19 (the age of majority in Korea) for a parent's or guardian's permission before buying.
The Game shows ads from Google AdMob. A notice appears before each full-screen ad between rounds. Rewarded ads are optional; if one fails to load or is closed early you still get the reward offered. Advertisers are responsible for what their ads offer.
Do not modify the Game, use cheats, hacks or macros, trade progress for money, use someone else's payment method, abuse refunds, disrupt the Game, or copy its art, sound or text without permission. We may restrict use when we find this.
We may change the Game and, if unavoidable, end the service, announcing the end in the Game at least 30 days before and stopping sales first.
We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, network failures, outages of app stores or ad providers), except for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting the consumer protection of the country you live in. Please contact hello@goormgames.com first; court proceedings go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

本規約は、GOORMGames（以下「運営者」）が提供するモバイルゲーム「グラグラ配達」（以下「本ゲーム」）と、本ゲーム内で販売する有料アイテムの利用条件を定めます。本ゲームをインストールまたは利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。変更は施行の7日前（利用者に不利な変更は30日前）までにゲーム内とこのページでお知らせします。
本ゲームは会員登録なしで遊べ、進行記録（レベル、ゲーム内マネー、強化、ログインボーナスなど）は端末に保存されます。機種変更では引き継がれず、アプリの削除後は復元できません。広告削除（第3条）は同じ App Store アカウントで「設定 > 購入を復元」から再び受け取れます。
本ゲームは基本無料です。有料アイテムは広告削除の1つのみで、App Store でのみ販売します（価格は App Store が各国で表示する税込価格）。購入するとラウンドの合間のインタースティシャル広告が表示されなくなり、サービス終了まで有効です。報酬のために自分で選んで見るリワード広告は引き続き利用できます。購入前に価格・内容・返金条件を表示し、決済は App Store のアプリ内課金のみです。ゲーム内マネーや強化は購入・換金できず、確率で結果が決まる有料アイテムはありません。
返金は App Store の規約（reportaproblem.apple.com）と適用される消費者保護法に従います。広告削除は購入後すぐに適用されるため、デジタルコンテンツの性質上、お客様のご都合によるキャンセルは制限される場合があります（購入画面でもお知らせします）。返金された場合は広告削除が解除されることがあります。広告削除が適用されない場合はゲームを再起動するか「設定 > 購入を復元」を押し、それでも適用されなければ hello@goormgames.com へご連絡ください。未成年者が保護者の同意なく購入した場合は、法律に従い取り消すことができます。
本ゲームには Google AdMob の広告が表示されます。ラウンドの合間のインタースティシャル広告は表示前に画面でお知らせします。リワード広告は任意で、読み込みに失敗したり途中で閉じられたりしても案内した報酬を付与します。広告の商品・サービスは広告主の責任です。
本ゲームの改ざん、チート・ハッキングツール・マクロの使用、ゲームの記録の現金取引、他人の決済手段の無断使用、返金制度の悪用、運営の妨害、絵・音・文章の無断複製は禁止です。確認された場合は利用を制限することがあります。
運営者は本ゲームの内容を変更し、やむを得ない場合はサービスを終了できます。終了する場合は30日前までにゲーム内でお知らせし、先に販売を停止します。

天災、通信障害、アプリストアや広告事業者の障害など運営者が防げない事由による損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。
本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠します（お住まいの国の消費者保護を制限するものではありません）。紛争が生じた場合はまず hello@goormgames.com へご連絡ください。訴訟は大韓民国民事訴訟法に基づく管轄裁判所で行います。

本遊戲無須註冊會員，遊戲紀錄（等級、遊戲幣、升級、每日簽到等）儲存於使用者的裝置中。更換裝置時不會移轉，刪除App後無法復原。移除廣告（第3條）可使用同一 App Store 帳號於「設定 > 恢復購買」重新取得。
本遊戲含有 Google AdMob 廣告。關卡之間的插頁廣告顯示前會先於畫面告知。獎勵廣告由使用者自行選擇觀看，廣告載入失敗或中途關閉仍會給予說明的獎勵。廣告中的商品與服務由廣告主負責。
本遊戲依「遊戲軟體分級管理辦法」為普遍級（以 IARC 分級結果為準）。本遊戲部分內容需另行付費。請注意使用時間，避免沉迷於遊戲。
禁止竄改本遊戲、使用外掛、駭客工具或巨集、以金錢交易遊戲紀錄、盜用他人付款方式、濫用退款制度、妨礙營運，以及未經許可複製本遊戲之圖像、聲音或文字。經確認者，營運者得限制其使用。
營運者得變更本遊戲內容，不得已時得終止服務。終止服務時，將於至少30日前於遊戲內公告並先停止販售。
因天災、通訊障礙、應用程式商店或廣告業者之故障等營運者無法防止之事由所生損害，除營運者有故意或重大過失外，營運者不負責任。
本條款以大韓民國法律為準據法，但不限制使用者居住國之消費者保護規定。發生爭議時，請先與 hello@goormgames.com 聯絡。
