GOORMGames ("we") runs the mobile game Wobbly Delivery (와르르 배송, the "Game"). The Game needs no account or sign-in; we do not collect names, phone numbers or email addresses ourselves and have no server that collects your progress. The Game sells one item, Remove Ads, on the App Store only; the App Store handles the payment, so we never receive your card or other payment details.

Progress on your device is deleted when you uninstall the Game. Remove Ads comes back with Settings > Restore Purchases on the same App Store account. Support emails are kept for one year after we answer them. Store order records are kept as Korean e-commerce law requires (payment, delivery and withdrawal records 5 years, complaint records 3 years). Google and Apple keep their data under their own policies.
Google LLC (AdMob, USA) receives the advertising ID, device model, OS, language, IP address and ad records over an encrypted connection whenever an ad loads or shows, to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud; retention follows https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Android: Google > Ads; iOS: decline “Allow tracking” or turn it off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking); the Game still works and shows non-personalised ads. Where the law requires consent for ads (for example the UK, Switzerland and the EEA), Google's consent form appears at first start, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy Options; personalised ads rely on your consent, non-personalised ads and fraud prevention on our legitimate interest. When you buy or restore Remove Ads, Apple Inc. (App Store, USA) processes your App Store account, payment method, item, order number, amount and time under https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/; nothing is processed if you do not buy. The in-game purchase module (Unity IAP) may send Unity Technologies (USA) the device model and OS, installation and session identifiers, country, app version, transaction details (item, order number) and error information to run the module, confirm purchases and check that it works (https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy). Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts these web pages and processes your IP address and access log when you open them. Support emails to hello@goormgames.com pass through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail (Google LLC) mailbox in the United States and are kept for one year after we answer; if you do not write to us, nothing is sent. A Korean-only version of the Game also runs inside the Toss app, where ads are provided by Viva Republica Inc. (Toss, Korea). We do not sell or give your data to anyone else.
The Game is not directed at children under 14 (under 13 where local law sets that age) and we do not knowingly collect their data. We request ads rated T (Teen) or lower, ask for child-directed treatment (general audience, no personalised ads) for players who answer that they are under 13, and delete any child's data we learn of.
You may ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your data at any time. Progress on your device can be removed by uninstalling; for anything else write to hello@goormgames.com and we will answer within 10 days. Residents of the EEA, the UK and California have the rights their laws give them, which you can use the same way.
California and other US states: we do not sell personal information. Ads shown through Google AdMob may use your advertising ID for personalised ads, which some state laws call "sharing"; you can opt out by turning off tracking (iOS) or deleting your advertising ID (Android). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA).
